Frequently asked questions

Everything clubs ask us most about Club Planner — pricing, going live, data, integrations and support. Still stuck? Talk to our team.

Club Planner is all-in-one software for gyms, fitness clubs, wellness centres and sports venues. It combines member management, online booking, coaching, a POS and bar, leads and CRM, a branded member app, payments and reporting with club automation such as access control and domotics — everything a club needs to run, built and supported by one team since 2005.

Pricing is based on your club's size and the modules you need. Plans start at €115 per month for start-up gyms up to 250 members and scale up from there, while fitness chains and large clubs get a custom quote. There are no setup costs and no hidden fees.
