Questions about the club website

Yes. Every Club Planner club can create its own website straight from Club Planner, under Settings › Website. The basic website is free and included; there is no separate hosting, domain or web designer to arrange.

Yes. The one-page website with five designs, your own texts and live data from Club Planner is included at no extra cost. Club Site Pro adds more designs, full editing, extra pages and your own domain for €30 per month (excluding VAT).

The website reads straight from your Club Planner data: activities, the schedule with free places, memberships and rates, opening hours and closing days, coaches and facilities. A trial lesson booked on the site and every contact form arrive in Club Planner as a lead, so you follow them up where you already work.

No. You pick a design, check the texts that were already filled in from your club data, and put the site online. Everything is set up in the Club Planner settings; there is no code, no plugin and no separate content system.

Yes, with Club Site Pro. You enter your domain in the website editor, which shows you the one DNS record to add at your domain provider. As soon as the domain points to your site, Club Planner arranges the security certificate. Without Pro your site runs at yourclub.clubplanner.app.

Yes. Every page is rendered on the server and loads fast, is built mobile first, carries structured data for your club (address, opening hours, activities) and comes with a sitemap, so search engines and AI assistants understand what your club offers and where it is.

The fixed texts of the website are available in Dutch, French, German and English and follow the language of your club.

Yes. If you prefer to keep your own website, you can place the Club Planner booking, shop and sign-up widgets and the chatbot on it instead.
