ClubAssist lets the Club Planner support team see your screen and help you on the spot. No explaining things over the phone, no screenshots going back and forth — we simply see what you see.

You only do this once per PC. After that, help is always a phone call away.
Click the download button and open ClubAssistSetup.exe. You do not need administrator rights: it installs just for you, in English, Dutch, French or German.
The installer asks for a name, for instance your club and where the PC stands: "Fitness X – front desk". That is how our support team recognises your PC in its list.
Call or mail support and mention the name you chose. ClubAssist starts along with Windows from then on, so the next time you need help there is nothing to install.
Letting someone onto your PC takes trust. This is what we do to earn it.
The installer carries the digital signature of Club Planner BV, so Windows can verify that it really comes from us and has not been tampered with.
We record which of our employees connected, when, for how long, and whether they only watched or also operated the PC. Ask us and we will tell you.
Would you rather nobody connects without your explicit OK? Let us know and we will set your PC so that every session has to be approved on the PC itself first.
No longer needed? Remove ClubAssist like any other program, via the apps list in your Windows settings.
