A newcomer fills in their details and becomes a member on the spot, without waiting for a colleague to be free.
Where an electronic identity card is available, the kiosk reads it, so name and address are filled in correctly without any typing.
Members look up the schedule and book a class, a session or a slot, right there at the kiosk.
Memberships, visit cards and products from your webshop are for sale at the kiosk too, so members can buy on the spot.
Payment happens on the built-in card terminal, and the purchase is booked in Club Planner as soon as it goes through.
When someone walks away halfway, the kiosk asks whether they are still there and then returns to the start screen, so the next person never sees someone else's details.
