Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your club.

Connect Club Planner to Claude or ChatGPT and ask in plain language how many active members you have, who has not visited in three weeks, how full last Tuesday's classes were or what August's revenue was. The answers come live from your own Club Planner — and every employee only sees what they may see in Club Planner.

A question in an AI chat, answered with live data from Club Planner
What you can ask

Your club data, in a conversation.

The AI looks the figures up in Club Planner at the moment you ask. Nothing is copied or exported.

Members

Find members by name, e-mail, phone or card number, open a member profile with memberships and visits, count members per status, and list the membership types you sell.

Visits

Who came in when, how many different members visited in a period, and who has not been back for a while.

Planner

Your calendars and rooms, the classes in a period with instructor and free places, who booked a class and who is on the waiting list.

Revenue

Revenue for a period excluding and including VAT, compared with the previous period, per revenue group, VAT rate and payment method — the same figures as your revenue report.

Invoices

Invoices, credit notes and quotes in a period, with the open amounts.

Leads

Your leads with their status in the follow-up, their source and remarks.

Staff

The staff schedule: who works when.

Trends

How your membership develops: total and active members, joiners and leavers per week or per month.

Connect in four steps

Switched on in a minute, by the club itself.

1

Switch it on

An administrator opens Settings › Platform › AI connections in Club Planner and switches on “Allow AI connections”.

2

Copy the address

The same screen shows the address of your platform for Claude and ChatGPT, with a copy button.

3

Add the connector

In Claude: Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: Settings › Connectors. Paste the address.

4

Sign in and allow

The app opens the Club Planner login. Sign in as usual — two-step verification included — and allow the connection. Done.

Security and privacy

The AI never sees more than the employee does.

The AI app processes your questions and the data it receives under your own account with its provider (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT).

FAQ

Questions about Club Planner in Claude and ChatGPT

Claude and ChatGPT, and every other app that supports custom connectors based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You add Club Planner once as a connector with the address from your Club Planner settings.

No. The connection can only read. It cannot add, change or delete members, bookings, invoices or anything else, and it cannot send messages.

Exactly what that employee may see in Club Planner itself. Every question runs with the employee's own rights and only for the clubs they have access to. Someone without access to the revenue report gets no revenue figures through the AI either.

The club. AI connections are switched off until an administrator switches them on under Settings › Platform › AI connections. Switching them off again stops every open connection immediately.

Yes. Under Settings › Platform › AI connections you see which employee connected which app, since when and when it was last used, plus the most recent lookups. Club Planner keeps which data was looked up, never the answer itself.

An administrator clicks Revoke next to the connection in the settings; the app loses access on its next question. The employee can also disconnect Club Planner in the AI app itself.

No. Club Planner only sees the questions the AI app asks for data, such as "how many members per status", and returns the data. Your conversation stays with the AI app, under your own account with that provider.

Bank account numbers, health and test data, documents and attachments, membership card numbers, passwords and your custom member fields are never passed on. Long free-text fields are shortened.

In any language the AI app understands. The data itself comes from Club Planner as it is stored, such as your membership names and activity names.
