Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in West Europe. Club Planner is GDPR-compliant and works with a data-processing agreement (DPA).
On the software side: member management, online booking and planning, coaching, POS and bar, leads and CRM, a branded member app, webshop, analytics and communication — everything a club needs to run its administration.
On the automation side: access control, club domotics, payment terminals and camera systems, so a club can open, close and run itself without staff at the door.
Because both come from the same partner, they work together instead of being stitched from separate tools — one member file, one system, one point of contact.
