As a .NET Developer at Club Planner you are responsible for the development of new applications and for the improvement and maintenance of existing applications.
You are responsible for troubleshooting second-line bugs and you provide technical support.
You test the developed programs so that they meet the desired improvements and adjustments.

You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and preferably have several years of experience as a .NET Developer.
You are familiar with the following technologies: C #, VB, HTML, SQL server, Azure.
A plus is experience with hardware and electronics.

You start as a support employee where you learn all the tricks of the trade from A to Z. As a support employee you first receive thorough training within a close team. Together with your team you treat the problems and questions of customers with regard to the software. You support them both by phone and via web, if necessary you go on site. You actively listen to the needs of the customer and then analyze the problem and solve it from A to Z. In addition, you ensure a nice contact and an amazing customer experience. In addition, you will also give courses to customers and train them in the use of the Club Planner platform. After a while you will become an engineer where you will implement the software and hardware at customers all over Belgium and Luxembourg and assist them in their use. That way you become responsible for your own customer base.
