    We look at your current system, your members and your contracts, and agree on a start date.

  2. Migration

    We move your members, contracts and direct debit details to Club Planner. Free.

  3. Onboarding and training

    We set up your club together, train your team and go live. Free.

From the first meeting until after go-live, you have one fixed contact person at Club Planner.

Migration and onboarding are free if you sign before 15 December. Your licence depends on the modules you choose. You get a quote upfront.
